What is the Hero Initiative?
With all of these fans in one place, it's an opportunity to do some good. While we have a standing policy to provide admission for free, we do have purchasable items like early bird admission where we donate a portion of the proceeds to one of our favorite charities, The Hero Initiative.
The Hero Initiative creates a financial safety net for comic creators who may need emergency medical aid, financial support for essentials of life, and an avenue back into paying work. Since inception, the Hero Initiative has been fortunate enough to benefit creators with more than $1 million worth of much-needed aid, fueled by your contributions!
