ECF Bucks

What Are They?

ECF Bucks are vouchers that can be used with any vendor at the Empire Comic Fest, same as cash! One way to look at it is that we are paying you to come to the Empire Comic Fest. That's right, Free admission and we are giving you money to spend at the show. We decided that rather than giving away free comics or other swag, a voucher that is the same as cash, is the best incentive as you can decide what to spend it on. ECF Bucks come in three denominations - $1, $2, and $5 and are printed in a fun, high quality, faux-cash voucher format that is suitable for spending. Or framing!

How Do I Get them?

I’m in! Now how do I get mine? It's fairly simple - show up at the Empire Comic Fest, on either day, and when you are getting your bracelet at check-in from our staff, simply ask for your ECF Bucks. "Can I have an ECF Buck?" will get you a random ECF Bucks voucher worth $1, $2, or $5 that can be used same as cash with any vendor at the show. NOTE: quantities are limited so if you want to guarantee getting your ECF Bucks, it is recommended that you arrive early on either day of the show.

Want to super size your ECF Bucks? You can DOUBLE and even TRIPLE your ECF bucks by taking advantage of these ways to get extra vouchers. DOUBLE YOUR BUCKS : Visit one of these shops and grab an ECF 6 flyer If you go to one of the comic shops listed below, grab an ECF 6 flyer and bring it to the show, we will give you an extra ECF Buck! Present one of our flyers to our staff at check-in, ask for an ECF Buck and show your ECF 6 flyer to our staff, and you will receive 2 ECF Buck vouchers!

TRIPLE YOUR BUCKS: Install the Collectionary app and search for your favorite book Go to the App store on your Apple device and install the Collectionary App. When you enter the ECF show, ask our our staff about receiving an ECF buck and show them any search result by using the app on your phone. You will receive 2 ECF Buck vouchers and if you combine with the ECF 6 flyer option above, you will receive 3 ECF Buck vouchers!
